MTCA offers a low student/teacher ratio, typically 8:1 and sometimes as low as 4:1, that is necessary to meet the individual needs of our students. The teacher's of MTCA are degreed Christian educators whose priorities are to meet the unique needs of each student. Other professionals, such as physical, occupational, behavioral and speech therapists, will be involved with the student's individualized educational programs as needed. In addition to a teacher, each classroom has one or two teacher's aide's.
